Summertime villa perches on a hilltop just outside Calangute overlooking paddy fields and a lush tropical garden. It is a rare luxury villa which enjoys two acres of private gardens, shared with birds, butterflies and tranquility which is fast disappearing even from Goa. There is a large infinity pool which overlooks the gardens and the valley, a waterfall and a koi pond.
At Summertime space is a luxury in itself. Inside, a double-height living-dining area is filled with light and breeze. The three generous master suites – identical in size but charming and individual in character - have large dressing areas, palatial bathrooms and choicest of furniture sourced from travels to Bali and places in India. Fully staffed with a cook, gardeners and security.

Tranquil Paradise

We loved the fact that you’re close enough to the heart of Calangute yet close the gate behind you and you’re in a tranquil paradise. The villa is lovely - throw in a very sizeable pool and beautiful gardens and it’s hard to beat. Service from Prakash and his team was respectful, professional and always with a smile. Good food from the cook Ranjan but good to mix it up with couple of dinners out. As a birdwatcher I have to highlight the quality of the birding with over 40 species spotted within the garden - hornbills, peacocks, orioles, sunbirds, drongos, barbets etc. Highly recommend.

The property itself is exquisite complete with an infinity pool and a Koi pond, and just amazing attention to detail to construction and decor. You know it’s been put together with lots of love and soul. The staff is just superb - attentive to every need, and the chef makes just delectable food to order! Highly recommended if you would like to make memories and share amazing experiences!
A wonderful retreat

We had a wonderful calm and peaceful ten days and we were looked after wonderfully. The house, the pool, the gardens and the team are all superb and we couldn’t ask for any more or any changes. It’s very easy to head to the beach or any of the brilliant restaurants nearby but it’s also even easier to sit by the pool and have gorgeous food cooked for you!
