Government Taxes as applicable (currently 18%)
There is minimum stay of 7 nights during the rental period 15th December to 7th January.
The above rates include the exclusive rental of our entire 3-bedroom villa, a trained chef, housekeeping staff, pool cleaner/gardener, and free usage of Wi-Fi internet. They do not include cost for transportation, meals & beverages.
Payment Terms
- 30% non-refundable advance at the time of booking
- Full amount payable three weeks before the first booked date
Cancellation Terms
- If you cancel up to seven full days prior to check in time (2:00 PM) on the day of check in, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the total cost. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.
- If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cancellation due to Covid-19
- If any member of a booking party (as mentioned on the booking form) gets infected with Covid-19, and the stay at Summertime has to be cancelled at the last minute, we will allow for a change of stay dates for any time within the next year (other than peak periods, and depending upon availability).
- The guests will not be entitled to a refund, and the change of date can only be made if they can present a Covid-positive certificate from a recognized medical centre.
House Rules
We have just a few simple but important House Rules:
- Treat the villa, its belongings and its staff with courtesy.
- No outside visitors will be permitted at the villa at any time apart from those guests whose names have been entered on the booking form.
- We do not allow hen, stag or similar parties.
- No drugs, no narcotics are allowed at the villa.
- The inside of the villa is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed though on the verandahs, pool deck and pavilion and the gardens.
- No loud music permitted at anytime.
- No glassware in or near the swimming pool. We have unbreakable glasses for serving near the pool.
If any of these rules are not followed the owners of the villa will have the right to ask the guests to check out without any refund.
